Upon receipt of payment goods will be despatched normally within two working days.

The postage rate is for Mainland Spain only, should you require goods for outside this area please contact us for prices.

On receipt of goods, should these be found to be faulty please telephone or email Distinctions Alfresco Dining Tableware to arrange for returns and replacements.

All goods sold on our web page are guaranteed for use under normal circumstances. If you are not highly delighted with your purchase, we will gladly replace them. We do not give refunds.
